I ordered a thin crust pizza and usually I have no issues and the pizza comes out great. Today, idk if they under cooked it in the oven but my thin crust was very soft and bendy and almost looked raw. I called and asked for a replacement, showed up and they said it should be crispy now bc they left if on the bottom rack in the warmer. I get home with the replacement thin crust pizza and it is still the exact same!! I called them back and this time the woman tells me that it’s impossible for my thin crust to be raw or under cooked because the thin crust is pre-made and the sauce and grease is what makes it soggy. First of all, how come no one said that the first time I called. Second of all, I have ordered it many time before and it was never that soggy and you can see the dough line in the pizza. She continued to argue that it was impossible for it to be undercooked and did not try to replace my money or anything. She was rude and I will not be back to this littler Caesars.

Seriously not worth the money anymore. Paying $11 for a pizza for my ASD kiddos. Pick it up and almost no toppings. DM was there and told me that was the correct amount for double toppings. I’m not paying that much for almost no toppings on my kids pizza. Also, unless the regular manager is there they can’t seem to get pizzas right

They we’re working there butts off trying to make sure every order was fulfilled as ordered unlike most stores I’ve been to and I do doordash so I see all the people just there to make a buck not caring about the customer or the delivery driver I’ve had to wait 20 mins for a order before even after a 10 min drive to the store depending on the location

I went into this location on Sunday and I could just feel the good energy! The employees were friendly to the customers and each other. I was told 10 minute wait and was out to my car with my hot pizza in exactly 10 minutes. Friendly people make all the difference
