This location is pretty cool because it’s right around the movie theater close to the local Expressway I have visited this particular locations and they never seem to have brown rice also they’re always running out of the mushroom chicken and chicken breast string beans and sometimes the employees that work the drive thru window-Have attitudes well at least the time that I don’t swipe my card and pay with cash Id probably give this place three ⭐⭐ ⭐ they have the potential be a great establishment but some changes need to be done the employees need a major lesson in customer service and every time I go to this location for some strange reason they always double charge my credit card that’s why I like to only pay with cash

I’ve been a restaurant manager for 20 years and this service here is very bad. Seen a total of 13 cars drive off because they didn’t wanna wait 30 minutes- an hour. I also seen 8-10 people standing in the lobby waiting on food as well. It makes no sense to be out of so many options of food and its 4hrs before closing time. Upper management needs to come and evaluate this location and see what the problem is because they loosing alot of money.

I was here to pick up a door dash order. Normally I don’t have any problems with panda express door dashing but I waited little over a half an hour and the girl ask me 4 times who the order was for. She kept saying 1 minute when she asked and I tell her the name then then she kept taking other people that walked in. Another door dash driver said he been waiting a while as well. We might be delivery people but people who ordered actually paid for their food and we have a certain time to have it delivered by. I can understand if you was really busy and backed up but they was taking people as soon as they walked in. Terrible service. I will never order from or pick up door dash at this location again!!

Bad location. No point in doing online order pickup because it will not be ready for 10 mins after the set arrival time. The people in Drive though and in line for service before me. It should’ve been in a bag and ready, especially 10 mins past pickup time. Disappointing bc they weren’t all that busy. Literally would be better off getting in drive thru. Only upside is employees were nice
