Food is good. Service is great. Friendly staff. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the past 2 times I ordered, something was wrong. I ordered medium wings and had not sauce at all, then I ordered pizza today and it was a little burnt. The flavor was good though.

They put extra topping on my pizza that I didn’t ask for . The cost is expensive when you have other opinions around this area. I will say that it is still one of the best pizza around! Should give some type of discount or special to their regular customers

This place has gone downhill. Terrible food and customer service last night. We placed an order that came to $73. Picked it up, got home and saw our salad was missing. We called immediately and were told they didn’t have any drivers to bring it to us but we could either drive all the way back or they would give us store credit. Neither seemed like a great option but since one of us didn’t have our dinner we drove back. When we walked in, the manager (who had been very rude on the phone already) THREW the salad on the side table and said “here’s your salad” and turned and walked away. Never apologized even once on the phone or in person that it was missing. Also, one of our turkey subs only had ONE piece of turkey on the entire half of it. Barely any lettuce (which was wilted and old anyway). We will not be ordering from here again.

Lousy experience here, a Monday night and it took an hour and 45 minutes to get my two steak burritos and medium pizza. And those “steak” burritos? Yeah they were ground beef and as ice cold as everything else I received. Never again, learned my $50 lesson.

We are from Virginia on our way to Niagara Falls. Didn’t want fast food so we just randomly picked this place. Got the “Pepperoni and cheese sheet” pizza. My family loved it. Growing up in VA we had a restaurant called Carini’s with what they called a Sicilian pizza…same concept rectangle thick crust pizza. This brings back childhood memories. My family of 4 thinks it is delicious! Definitely worth a stop. Heard the wings are good form my cousin who lives inRochester, should have gotten some!

Holy hell have they gone downhill. First time complaining after at least ten orders over time from me and my fam that were absolutely sub par. Ordered boneless wings and a sub. Once again EVERYTHING was cold. Ever try eating cold fries? Yeah, not so good. The boneless wings were more batter than chicken. Disgusting. The sub? Don’t count on lettuce that you can taste. Veggies in general are sparse and wilted. What a shame as this used to be a decent place. Took an hour and a half this last time for delivery. I’m done ordering from Blasdell. Way too expensive to get less than mediocre food.

I get prices are good up and everything cost more and I’m willing to pay for a specialty pizza….but……the pizzas have been steadily going down hill over the last year. Hawaiian is our favorite and we used to order a couple times a month, but the crusts are very thin (or not left to rise long enough and very doughy tasting) the bacon is mostly burnt and they go pretty skinny on the sauce. Kind of bummed because when they were good, they were really good. Or the fact they now cost $30!
