The supervisor for the closing of the 5th of August was the most horrible person to deal with… I was having trouble ordering online.. he said I would get a receipt but none was ever given… I called 2 times to the supervisor and he hung upof on me… I never raised my voice or said any curse words… I just wanted to know what I was charged for and why I never got my cheese bread… my pizza was fine but if I was able to order online my pizza was 6.99 and so was my two 2 bread sticks so 28+ dollars was cool but paying that much just for a pizza and 1 bread sticks nah.. the math ain’t mathing.. so I wanted an explanation and your supervisor or manager just hung up…and I kept reconfirming it was 6.99 a piece

The staff have very good communication, even amongst a busy time. I went inside to order a pizza and I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be taken. The food was hot when I received it, and that for a maybe 20 minute wait is acceptable, the gentlemen running the store knew I was inside and was so polite when telling his coworker who the pizza went to, I felt like a valued customer!

Had issues in the past with being delivered to the wrong address and they were unwilling to make it right. I had to go out and play scavenger hunt to find where they put my pizza. Even though I put the correct address and it was saved from prior orders in the app, they said I was wrong and there was nothing they could do. Fast forward to finally giving them a chance again, I made sure it said my correct address and screen shot it just in case. I called the store to confirm it was right. They interrupted me, said it was right and before I could even say thank you they hung up. The customer service there is poor! It’s my favorite pizza chain but my cravings do not out weigh bad customer service. This will be the last time I order from them. I’d much rather give my business to a company that actually shows they want it like local businesses and other chains like Pizza Hut & Pappa Johns.

I’m giving them a three because the food is descent. The problem is that I ordered from the Domino’s in martinsville and they didn’t deliver on their 2 minute time limit on my carside to go order. It was more like the 15minute carbide to go after I gave them 10 extra minutes getting there and still waited 15 minutes longer after I text that I was here. Then they sent me a coupon to use because of that for a free pizza or 20% off my next order. I chose the 20% off coupon good until 06/04/22. Tell me why I tried to use it on 05/12/22 & it wouldn’t except the code. Saying it was invalid. WHAT!! Why send it if I can’t use it!!
