I went to Domino”s Pizza in Forrest City Arkansas. The employee’s attitudes were excellent, but when I arrived home and began to eat my pizza, it was terrible. I asked for an Italian sausage pizza, light on the sauce. I paid for extra cheese. I did not get extra cheese. My pizza did not get light sauce, it got heavy sauce. The sausages are so few you cannot taste them. I called the store and spoke to manager Tristian, he only said, “Yes ma’am.” I did not want anything free. He could have said, “I’m sorry.” I will not be going back to Domino’s.

We were in town because my father had passed and we ordered about $50 worth of food. The 2 pizzas were burnt, the cinnamon twists were so overdone that we couldn’t even chew them, we were charged for the dipping sauces that were supposed to come with the garlic knots, chicken chunks, and cinnamon twists, it he cheesy bacon chicken chunks were floating in grease and tasted very bitter, and for some reason they would not deliver even though we were 2 miles down the road. We took all the food back to them the next morning. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because when we called later that day and talked to the manager he was very polite and refunded our money.

Ordered medium pizza and 8 wings, with a 20% tip it ended up a few cents under $35. That’s ok I’ve been out of town and wanted Domino’s wow was I in for a surprise!! Ended up with a burnt pizza, now I’m still 45 minutes after I called back still waiting on my pizza. It only took 30 minutes the first time. Domino’s!!! What happened to customer service.. Oh and even more it was supposed to be pan pizza and as you can see it’s hand tossed, Oh yeah paid extra for jalapeños surprise there not on the pizza. Look closely does it look like the extravaganza, it’s supposed to be. Delivery driver was really nice wasn’t his fault.

The Domino’s pizza in WV is absolutely amazing , this location is absolutely horrible. I said light cheese looks like you threw up cheese on my pizza. Both pizza were undercooked and since I’m traveling I really didn’t feel like fighting with a 12 year who’s hardest job is putting toppings on a pizza put it in the oven. Trust me I know how simple it is.
