Placed a pick up order online for over 50 bucks worth of food. Service time wasnt too bad I got there pretty quick maybe 15 min total for food to be ready. They gave me my bag but I had 4 large drinks as well which they forgot and maybe I’m just nit picking here but most places when I order online my drinks are made for me, instead they hand me 4 large cups and walk away no drink holder so again had to ask for that. Went to make my drinks and Pepsi was out no note on the machine and when I asked about it this woman says they’re out. No apology just kinda dismissive. Unfortunately for me that’s all my kids will drink so I asked for a refund which she apparently couldn’t do so I hear a chorus of idk how to do that from each person that was behind the counter. Not to me mind you, just to each other. I sit there for another 15 min waiting patiently for someone to get a manager or something to handle my refund before someone finally asks me what I was waiting on, and when I told them a refund for my drinks finally a young woman comes to at least try and help me before she has to call to one of the people making the food to help her with the refund. Oddly enough the woman she asked for help was one of the people who claimed not to know how to do the refund. Obviously by the time I finally got home which isn’t even that far from the place food was barely warm. I’ll never come back to this taco bell. Least not on a Saturday afternoon. I’ve been here once before and had a poor experience that time as well but thought I’d give them a second chance. That was my mistake.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’m vegetarian and I always order the beefy melt burrito with black beans instead of beef, which is a substitution and should be free (it always is), and we even explained it to the cashier but he still charged me extra. Then the burritos were very poorly wrapped, and made a mess, as well as being cold somehow. We also ordered a cup of spicy ranch, which came not even half full. And to top it off they didn’t give us or offer us a receipt so I couldn’t ask for a refund or anything (and we were traveling so it’s not a store I’ll be visiting anytime soon even if they were willing to)

It was very short staffed so they were trying to keep up with so much. It wasn’t clean and I waited for my food for over an hr. Had to go back in for my drinks. Thank you to the three working for working hard to get food out quickly wish I wouldn’t have waited over an hr but I understand just in the time I stood there someone called off and it got extremely busy.

OK so they shut off the lights so you think you have to eat in your car. All the chairs on top of the tables. How lazy can you get. Before you say oh poor Taco Bell does not have enough employees, yes they do , I counted nine at the time I ordered. Ordered a grilled chicken burrito, good luck on finding the chicken in this sandwich. Mostly flour tortilla and lettece for five dollars. Save your money make a lettece burrito at home.

The woman at the store taking orders was rude. She didn’t care. The food was terrible. One taco was cold shell was stale, and they cut my quesadilla into what looks to be different shapes that store needs better management going down hill fast

$20 for 2 quesadillas and 2 med drinks. Flat drinks, and cold quesadillas…cheese wasn’t even melted. I don’t expect much when going to Taco Bell…I know what I’m getting myself into, but this was horrible.
