The most unfriendly place I have gotten coffee. The first time I tried this place I walked in and stood awkwardly at the counter for what seemed like a really long time (like 3-5 minutes). I was not greeted and I felt like my presence was an inconvenience. When they finally acknowledged my existence, I asked about the lotus drinks since I’ve never had one and my daughter recently mentioned them. They have different flavors. Again this conversation seemed a burden. I ordered one and went on my way. Other people who seemed to be regulars or friends came in and were greeted warmly and engaged in conversation. I thought maybe it was an off day so I gave it a second chance. Second visit was a total fail. Good luck.

I stopped in to do some work and was PLEASANTLY surprised with the super cute and cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and made me a delicious brown sugar latte (YUM!). Can’t wait to go back.

This place has a fun atmosphere. Good coffee. Fair prices. Staff appeared cheerful and professional. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they refused to give me a glass of tap water. They insisted if I wanted water I would have to pay for a bottle. Not sure I understand that especially since I purchased $13+ worth of product from them.

I ordered 20 oz white chocolate mocha. 1st observation it wasn’t even close to hot, and easily 1/3 of the cup was foam. I went to microwave it and noticed the bottom had 1/2 of sediment on bottom. I took it back to have it remade and it was the same thing the 2nd time around. Hardly warm and mostly foam.

This is now my favorite place for coffee in Billings. Their many small batch roasts/blends are exceptionally high quality, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the shop is the kind of place you want to stay all day. Delicious espresso drinks with traditional offerings and new creations. Well done Big Sky Coffee!

Absolutely loved this place. I’ve been to most of the coffee shops around town, but this one definitely stands out. Very small and cute, but plenty of seating. Has a great vibe and the drive through is a nice feature. Coffee was good, and a nice variety of snacks. Employee was also very nice and helpful. Overall, great experience!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Billings. Friendly, knowledgeable baristas and the coffee is a fair price. They also have great weekly specials (usually a custom latte that’s discounted). This is also where I get my beans and espresso grounds for home. I also do a ton of homework here. Worth a stop.
