I ordered the New Yorker with pepperoni and pineapple. It came with hardly any toppings on it. I spoke to and I showed the manager and he said that is how it comes. Long story short, I gave back the pizza and got my money back. On the way out the door, the manager said,” it will be like that at any location.”

I typically don’t write reviews but I was treated so poorly at this location I even tried to be understanding because the cashier lady was nervous-possibly her first day. Long story short I waited in my car for over an hour with 5 little ones and they were late with my pizza so I waited more and they said it should be out in two minutes didn’t see anyone come out for a long time but other people that had came in were served. When I finally went in because I had been waiting for too long the employees immediately started talking bad about me and I hadn’t even said anything yet. They had apparently forgotten about my pizza and the horrible part is they tried giving me an extremely cold pizza and gave me attitude all I wanted was my dam pizza!! They didn’t even want to offer me a refund. It was just a bad experience all around and I always try to understand people but they were so mean!!!

The workers here are amazing. They went above and beyond with their customer service. My chosen crust was not available so it was upgraded to stuffed crust. They also included a complementary wing for my gf and I. I appreciated their kindness. Thank you to these amazing workers!

Old school building…even had the buffet and salad bar tables. Just missing the food and arcade games and jukebox. Pizza (Pan) was good. It wasn’t typically greasy.

Carrying out my large, 3-topping pan pizza, i was surprised at how heavy it was, but did not realize why until i reached my destination: it was absolutely sopping with red sauce! The cheese was not well melted, nor were the other toppings cooked enough. I ate 3 of the 8 slices, then gave the rest away. My photos of this same pizza from other Pizza Hut locations have tens of thousands of views on another Google Maps account, but this pie was a terribly-made disappointment, and there was no dine-in salad bar available that Sunday evening to boot. The bathroom was dirty and the staff impolite, so the odds are pretty slim i’ll return to this location.

2 hours and pizza still isn’t here. Called after an hour and was told that door dash picked it up 20 minutes earlier which is funny since I ordered through Pizza Hut website. Then I get a text 20 minutes later saying that door dash just then picked up the order so the girl on the phone just straight up lied. Absolutely ridiculous. If busy just let us know but don’t lie to your costumers. Unless picking up don’t bother with this location at all.
