These tacos were alright. A pro was that their ingredients were very fresh. However, I agreed with one of the previous reviews, they reallyyyy need salt and lime. My pork tacos were quite bland and unexciting. My friends tacos the same. The only tacos that were great with seasoning were the chicken and the ground beef. Nevertheless, their service was great and the atmosphere was everything I hoped for. I could sit outside all day. Also their pico and chips were good.

Delicious tacos and fresh pico that’s made in house, although the pico didn’t seem fresh made that day. Maybe it was left over from the day before. The girl working the register didn’t seem enthused to take our order, and when we tried to cheer her up and ask her to smile, she looked at us with a blank stare. Regardless, the food was good and was highly recommended. I did enjoy my tacos.

I have enjoyed sublime while at UF but I have been finding my recent portions are really lacking especially considering the price. Not a lot of meat or toppings—hard to justify spending 15$+ on 4 of their tacos. The carnitas is amazing though.

I’m visiting from out of town and my friend took me here. Soooo good. Very cute decor, friendly service, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ate here again while I was in town! Both times I got the carnitas quesadilla. The pork is very flavorful and the quesadilla overall is huge. The guacamole is also really good. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Eating my way through Gainesville and this was my second stop. Their indoor decor was beautiful. Reminded me of a few American southwestern restaurants. The food was great, I just went with something simple: 3 barbacoa tacos. Ingredients were fresh and ample. Flavors were super rich and well combined. Good family friendly restaurant, too. I saw some littles eating a shared quesadilla and they seemed to really like it!

This place was pretty busy so if you don’t have the patience to stand outside for a few mins (at least 15-30 mins) then don’t go. Otherwise, this place is pretty awesome. Plenty of drinks to choose from, lots of seating (both indoors and outdoors) It’s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. One pic is my burrito bowl and the other is my roommate’s burrito!
