I ordered thin and they delivered thick crust as well as the wrong soda. If someone picks a drink and you don’t have it, call the customer to see if substitutions are ok. Don’t just give me what you want me to have. Been on hold 30 minutes now. RIDICULOUS! Manager told me that it was my fault even though the receipt showed that what I ordered wasn’t what was delivered. Horrible customer service! I paid 40 dollars for cheesebread. Never ordering here again! The manager Antione is the worst. Don’t know how he even still has a job there. Dominoes cares nothing about their customers. And it shows with employees like this

The staff here is great at the first outside look your bank you’re in the wrong location. But that’s due to the high volume in traffic from its neighbors from getting hair supplies, getting your taxes done, getting some donuts from Krispy Kreme next-door or just coming in to be greeted with a nice smile and someone ready to take your order.

The food is good but manager sucks. She uses staff to do her shameful job. All I wanted was 1 extra marinara sauce. I proved my point by buying 6. If I spend over$30.00 you’re going to cancel my order over 1 extra sauce. SMH. The employees were extremely nice and professional while learning how to work the cash registers. Team work with each other was great. The manager was no help at all.

Have always used the app to order. We have ordered from this location, EP Blvd, 5 times and every time has been good. Coming from a person that worked in pizza for 5 years, the pizzas are made perfectly. Toppings and sauce are evenly spread out and bread is never bad. The kids that work in there are friendly and respectful.

This place is HORRIBLE!! I have oredered the baked apple dip and twist so many times, i ordered today and they give me maybe a scoop and quarter. I called and the girl put me on hold, then the supposed to be ” manager” gets on the phone does not identify herself in any way and proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t know what i have been getting but that is all we are supposed to get. She was rude and inconsiderate. That location will lose so much business when you have RUDE MANAGEMENT SUCH AS THAT THERE!! i plan to speak to someone well above her head and not only did they short my apple dip but they over cooked my cinnamon twist.. i have pictures and everything. The store manager will be notified of her insubordination and rudeness and showed the photos i have and from now on will order my food from the Southaven location. At least there i know they care about the customers and customer service.
