Came slightly after lunch rush on the weekend and everything was kind of dry as if it was sitting for too long. I was a little surprised as I was expecting the food to rotate a bit more for freshness.

Melissa J is SO incredibly rude every time that we come here. I’ve been driving farther to other Panda’s because my kids love Panda just to avoid Melissa J. She had an attitude to the lady in front of me, kept calling for register and no one came so she finally rang her up. In the past she has charged me for my 3rd entree separately, despite getting a bigger plate. She’s also forgotten one of my entrees in the past. On a past visit, she previously asked for a particular steak entree to be made because it was fully dried out and burnt in areas (very common for this location), and Melissa is like this one’s fine. Another time my husband came in and he asked her for fresh super greens and she told him the same thing, that it was fine. She has been consistently rude, and speaks at an insanely loud volume (like she’s yelling at the customers).

How and why is this panda location still open? This place needs to be shut down, it’s so disappointed to go into a place to BUY FOOD to go and you go home with dry and old food.

Not a fan of this location. Food did not taste fresh at all. All broccoli, no beef. Chow mein had mostly cabbage, barely any noodles like it was the end of the bowl. Orange Chicken tasted old. Im not happy at all !!! That pic is suppose to be chow mein.

Super nice staff. We had a big group came in and they were able to take care of us without a problem.

This place has really gone downhill. Just went in and Jen was in her personal cellphone on a call and didn’t even greet us. She rang us up and didn’t even ask if wewe wanted more, which we did. Not coming back.

Went in 45 minutes before closing and they were out of Beijing beef and refused to cook more because it was “almost 7:30” and that’s when the cooks stop cooking. If your restaurant closes at 8 you should have food until 8. Not empty at 7:15 and refusing to cook more. Ever since covid, this panda has had horrible service and closes earlier than they should. They mine as well close all together.

This place used to be good. But after Chef has changed, fried rice is hard/dry, honey walnut shrimp smells/tastes so bad and orange chicken & Beijing beef batter are not crunch anymore. Not going back to this location anymore…

It was before 7 o’clock, but there were only three menu bowls waiting for customers. Looking at the empty bowl, I asked the staff. ” is this all ?” The young employee she just stood there and said yes. So I asked her again they were going to make more. Then that they talked to each other and said it would take 9 minutes. I ordered only my son’s and canceled mine, but no apologies. They knew my face was not happy with their service. The employees were not even aware of the situation itself. I’m sure there must have been no person in charge there. If I had, I don’t think they would have shown such an insincere attitude. It was the first place I visited. All of you who made the Panda Express experience the worst that I don’t want to go. I won’t back again this place.
