Wouldve rated it way below 1 if possible. Placed an order for lunchtime with my family for delivery. Worst experience ever. I always order calzones four meat four cheese to be exact. This time i ordered 3 calzones and 2 came without cheese. 2nd time that my calzones come without any cheese. I called customer service and i was told give us 25 minutes and we will have ur delivery order redelivered. An hr goes by and no redelivery. I called customer service again and was told after calling the store to see where my order was at that the manager at location said if i want my order to pick it up myself. Defeats the purpose of ordering delivery if to get the correct order you have to go out of your way to pick it up yourself. At this point store credit was applied. Customer service provided a corporate office number i requested and i called no answer whatsoever. Nobody profesional to talk to. After dealing with customer service for about an hr i requested a refund. They said i have to speak to the manager at location for the refund. Got transferred over to store and the manager said his driver is the only driver and if i want my refund i have to wait for the driver to return to the store so i can get that money back. Now this is 2-3 hrs after the driver initially delivered my order. So very bad customer service. Will no longer use mazzios. Manager said “you have a history with us for making complaints” well mind you this is the 2nd time calzones are without cheese so am i not supposed to complain? Im only requesting what i paid for. WORST MAZZIOS EXPERIENCE EVER

First time visiting this location. Worker was friendly, and the buffet had a decent selection of items. Taste was fairly consistent with other Mazzios – I do wish they’d discarded some of the older items that had been sitting out on the buffet.

Place is outstanding. Walked in to get a other than normal pizza. Noticed on the door they were giving veterans free pizza on Veterans Day. Really nice of them to do this. Pizza was super delicious and staff was awesome.

I was fraudulently charged a tip I did not give on my credit card. Nobody even cares. DO NOT COME HERE . Law suit will be filed and police are getting involved. I can not believe someone would steal from me whoever did this needs to be caught and stopped so they don’t keep doing it to everyone else. Stay clear

I would rate it lower if I could. I was delivered a box of wings over an hour after I placed my order. The delivery finally made it to me and I was not offered dipping sauce. Just spent 20+ dollars on wings with no dipping sauce because they changed their policy and started charging for it. If you order here, make sure you ask every detail. Apparently they don’t inform you of anything so you have to ask.

I’ve been eating here off and on for a while and I’ve never left unsatisfied. I miss the lunch buffet(except on Fridays)but the 9” pizza and salad bar for $7.50 is a great deal. This location keeps the salad bar stocked and tidy unlike some other locations.

Just can’t get right. Online ordering was failing, called in but couldn’t except cards, quoted 40mins on delivery and had to go get cash. 90 mins on delivery food sucks. Mazzios is failing.

This is a very belated rating. But… while I did NOT experience bad service, as I’m reading that MANY people have; I think this chain is just plain yucky. I don’t know WHO thinks this pizza is any good at all. I read the corporate history thing. I tried this pizza twice, to be sure it wasn’t a “one-off” thing. Nope. It’s just plain yucky pizza. The sauce is the MAIN problem. It’s like tomato soup. Like the ACTUAL flavor of tomato soup (with celery flavors and the like). The crust is boring and almost like a weird fluffy bread. That’s not what pizza crust should be like. Ingredients are sub-par. They put all the stuff in the middle of the pizza (one of my pet peeves). I just can’t believe this is a chain. It would NEVER survive in Colorado, I’ll tell you that much.
