Let me explain: the service has always been excellent for me when I go. Very nice. Atmosphere is the neighborhood. All of Memphis is bad now, but the store itself is clean, and the parking lot is clean. The food was just not good….my order was correct but it just wasn’t good. I threw 1/2 of it away. Didn’t want it. The presentation of the food was great. The food was freshly and neatly made. The temperature of the food was adequate. It just wasn’t good.

The service was good, but I woke up the next morning feeling ill. I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning from the tacos. This has not happened before but I a lil hesitant now of returning.

This taco bell has a consistent issue with actually fulfilling additional requests on orders. I got all the right items and right price, however they once again neglected to grill ANY of the 3 items that are to be grilled. Still never had this issue resolved any of the times I’ve had to deal with incorrect orders.

One place you can count on you be open later is Taco Bell. You can also count on the drive thru lines to be long but this nite it moved pretty steady. They have a new burrito called the “fiesta veggie burrito” that is so good, cause sometimes I don’t feel like meat. It has black beans, tomatoes , rice, guac, cheese, sour cream, some fiesta sauce and nacho cheese. Try getting it in a tray and without the tortilla and with nachos and cheese! This is so good you gotta try it.

Customer Service terrible at night it’s a girl that work in the window she either having a attitude raising her voice or rushing me to order food then when I order food she gives me the wrong order it’s like she doesn’t listen to the orders at all it’s frustrating because I’m spending my money and wasting my time all at once terrible service!!!
