Founded by the Gambino Family in 1972, it was originally known as Figaro’s Pizza. Our celebrated family recipe hails from Palermo, Sicily. After becoming a staple on the east coast, the hand-tossed legacy lives on in Minnesota. Our first Tono location, in Maplewood, opened in 2019. Our second location, in Saint Paul, in 2020. The third, in Coon Rapids, in 2021. And the fourth, in Woodbury, opened in 2022. This is our fifth location, and we are ecstatic to be part of, and to serve, the Chanhassen community!
To pay homage to our history, we built another beautiful brick-oven to add a unique flavor to our pies. We invite you to come have a taste of tradition!

This is my new favorite restaurant, I love the pizzas and the salads! Have yet to try a cheesesteak but will soon. The staff are all super nice, the location is clean and pleasant. I like that there is a separate door for pickup so you don’t accidentally get stuck in the ordering line.

Their staff is so friendly and the service was fast. We did not wait long at all to get our order of Philly cheese steak with fries and pizza. The El paco pizza and the pretty boy cheese steak with the garlic aioli was so yummy.

Pizza had great flavor! The apple walnut salad could have used more walnuts but overall not bad. Service was good and food came out quick! Coke products would be better than Pepsi but they have a lot of other drinks to chose from!

I have been here twice now. The service is fast and the staff is very friendly. The pizzas and salads are delicious! Personally, I’m not a huge fan of the cheesesteaks but others I’ve went with have enjoyed them! Also, bring an appetite if ordering a cheesesteak.

Stopped in today for a quick lunch and finally getting the chance to try Tono. Basically order from a counter and they bring it to you. Cheesesteak comes with Fries. Great sandwich and have to admit being from Philly, this is the best I’ve had outside of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Jersey Mike’s comes in a distant second.

Honestly the best pizza place in town! The metro even! Wonderful staff, amazing service, I’ve been coming here 3+ days a week since our first time. 11/10 would recommend

The pizza tastes very authentic and is cooked in an actual wood oven. It competes with Punch Pizza in terms of price, but not taste. Tono’s pizza is less sturdy, the toppings fall off easily, and the sauce is watery. Regardless, it’s much better than most pizza places I’ve been to.

Easily one of the best pizzas in the state. A home run and a must try if you’re looking for a new spot! Get the El Paco and add the hot honey on later

My wife and I tried Tono Pizzeria + cheesesteaks in Chanhassen today. We were sad that we didn’t try it sooner! It’s a little dangerous since we live right down the street. The food was really flavorful and it literally made me happy cry . We ordered the pepperoni Bianco and El Paco pizzas and the Phat Tony Cheesesteak! We will definitely be back… tomorrow… Lol jk maybe

I have been to the Chaska Tono’s 3 times now and it is by far some of the best pizza I have had. It blows Blaze pizza, Dominoes, Papa John’s, and Detello’s out of the water. It is similar to how Punch Pizza is but with a New York style. Highly recommend this place. I have yet to try a cheesesteak.
