Food was typical, no issue there. But DO NOT go there to pick up. There isn’t any parking, people hanging out everywhere, the neighborhood is super sketchy, and one wrong turn puts you on a 10 minute ride to get turned back around.

Absolutely TERRIBLE store/phone customer service (I work in F&B so I’m usually very forgiving w/ service). We always ordered online from here and the drivers were always very nice and quick so this is not about them. I had to call here bc the one on Littleton is apparently closed but is not updated in the app and you can’t specify a different store for delivery. The agent checked the address, delivery was ok, then system glitched so he suggested talking directly to the store. The woman who answered told me they won’t deliver to our address, I tried explaining the deal with the store/app/agent and she yelled over me several times throughout to tell me to call THAT store and have them deliver. I was trying to clarify if it was a call center I spoke with prior but she kept yelling over me and I finally had to yell, PLEASE LET ME ASK MY QUESTION. She continued to yell at me to call corporate, call the agent back, they wouldnt deliver regardless – and that was the end of the “convo.” It 1000% did not have to be aggressive at all but it sounds exactly like the same person as previous reviews have mentioned. Sadly nothing will probably happen since it’s the only domino’s in the area now. Stick to online ordering to avoid this miserable person.

I am very upset right now I placed an order online order 1310 for a large five-topping pizza at 5:55pm when I show up to pick it up I notice that I needed 5 dollars so I went back to my apartment to bring it, but when I arrive I have The surprise that the woman who was the cashier told me that she did not have my order of which I have a record in my email I am a person who does not speak much English but I was able to explain to her that I had my order registered in the email that she should look at the order number but she showed herself in an unprofessional and contemptuous way and with racism that she did not speak Spanish and that I did not speak English which is a lie since if I knew how to explain to her, she was finally left without my request, I don’t know why they have that kind of people without a vocation working in restaurants

Worst place ever. It was my first time ordering the lady took my info and repeated my address 3 times to confirm spelling and asked for delivery instructions and told us the wait is about 45 min. We waited for an hour and when we called back, the manager was telling that my order was for pick up. While waiting in my house had no idea my order was for pick up and the fees were charged. I asked to get it delivered and she insisted I didn’t pay delivery fees and she will not deliver if I don’t pay then I gave up and said I’ll pay just please get me my order then when I gave her the address again she said sorry we do not deliver to that location. I was furious she was yelling on top of me with no apology for their mistake and no sense of respect to customer service. I asked for refund and told her I will never order again. Instead of confirming the refund, she hang up on me. I called back and she hang up again. Not only they stole my money but never delivered my food and was yelled at and hung up on! Bravo glad I didn’t eat their food I can only imagine how disgusting it would have been.

Pizza was delivered on time. Ordered after long time and could not even eat pizza. taste was too buttery and pizza was greasy. i wont blame the store owners as they put on the pizza what dominos send them but ingredients are extremely poor quality. All i found edible were corners. Dominos is going down hill on quality as chain itself. i find pizza hut much better
