Sadly this place has declined with just about everything. I walked in and placed an order for 2 large extravaganza, white sauce well done and one gluten free white sauce. The girl who took my order was obviously not paying attention. I repeated myself several times please make sure they are all white sause. Waited in my car, picked up the pizzas I asked the older lady if they are all white sauce she responded with yes.

Ordered from this domino and got a half folded pizza i called the store and the manager I’m assuming mad it right without hesitation he has had issues with the delivery driver before and I recommend correcting the issue with this driver the second pizza was delicious and complete.

Sad to say but this is a repeat of bad, burnt pizza. It’s happened a couple times already and I don’t know how they allow this pizza to even be delivered. Quality control isn’t up to par at this location. Even after we called to complain, the second pizza came partially burnt. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

Decided to try this location after being put on eternal hold at the Schertz location. They have a friendly staff. Although, they did mix up my order. I ordered a large supreme and they made it a medium and gave me a large pepperoni instead. They switched some of my order around. They also don’t know how to add toppings to a pizza or at least notify you if they are running low. I ordered a spinach and mushroom (picture is below.) They should also invest in correct training and learn how to cut a pizza all the way through. The flavor was good, actually the best garlic knots with plenty of flavor. After I called to talk to the manager, they did credit my account for the error, but haven’t been back to check what they gave me credit for on my next purchase.

They forgot to cut our pizza And the other one was burntand then when I called the store they just keep picking it up and leaving it off the hook and you can hear everything going on and then they put it on mute or hold I guess and they leave me waiting for minutes and never come to the phone

Ordered pizza. A woman took my order. Said it would be no more than 45 minutes. I called about one hour and half still no pizza to be delivered.was told only one driver maybe another 2 hours. If I had know this I would have gladly had pick it up. Well I pickup. Wanted to charge me again. Because of delivery charge. And void my receipt and charge me because I was picking. Come guys. You can gave the delivery charge on me. I will never get from dominos again. Very bad service. My pizzas also sat under the warmer for how long is the question. Very dry to boot.
