Noodles & Company has always been pretty good at each of the different locations I’ve been. Although the portion seem kind of small for the price you pay the food has always been exceptional. I usually always go for the chicken noodle soup. It’s probably my favorite, and as always very good. Usually always pretty clean. And usually fairly fast as far as receiving my order. On this particular occasion it seemed to take quite a bit longer and I’m not sure why. I mean how long does it take to pour a bowl of soup!

I bought a Caesar Salad with parmesan crusted chicken and garlic cheese bread. The parmesan chicken and the bread were both burnt and my salad dressing was bad. The store was a mess and the glass door was extremely dirty and had handprints all over it.

I recently visited the noodles and company I have several of their gift cards….. Be careful with the gift cards they do not work at any noodles company I’ve tried the contact the 3rd party Entity that handles the cards….. Pay attention to the backs of these cards when you buy them this particular card is non refundable it will not be replaced if it’s lost or Stolen… It has been a week or so since I tried the cart at another store wouldn’t work there management told me that the cards are not working any place so they are aware they’re just not doing anything about it…. I have yet to hear back from the card company…

Gotta love their plain ol Mac and Cheese, it’s always been my favorite thing on the menu. Their potstickers are fantastic and I also always order a side of chicken noodle soup. So classic. I love that they also have the drink machine where you can mix and match because 50/50 Mellow Yellow and Hi-C orange is my jam!

Update: I paid for extra spinach and get 2 leaves. I’m so over giving this place a 4th chance. I have called and complained. Mgmt gets my email to send me coupons, and I they never send any.
