Answering service was very rude. I asked for cheese and peppers and was told they no longer have packets and it is .99 each for shakers. If I spend $55 on pizza I should be able to get cheese and peppers!

Updated review: horrible service you wait an hour for delivery then you call to be told they are remaking your order because they messed up that it will be at least another 30-45…… no compensation offered other then you’ll get what you ordered when it gets there …. Don’t waste time or money here….. it just keeps getting worse!!!!!

Wasn’t very pleased with the local Pizza Hut they didn’t inform me that they didn’t have a delivery driver and my food would be delivered by doordash which wasn’t a problem but they forgot my dressing to my salad I don’t know about y’all but I don’t like salads without dressing so I called Pizza Hut and asked him to bring me my dressing since I was without a vehicle that’s why I got delivery to begin with and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me was very rude and hung up on me

I have had several birthday parties here over the years with no problems. Had my daughter’s graduation party there and one of the employees was very hateful and kept making snarky remarks. I complained to the manager and he said sorry. Come to find out the employee being rude was the general manager.
