On 5/20/23 I had the best experience at this location. There was a young lady by the name Tanae worked the register and she was so sweet and helpful. I walked to the location and had a long walk back home so it was refreshing to cool off in the lobby while waiting on my pizza (although it was a short wait time ;)) My pizza was SO delectable and that simple yet kind experience made my Saturday so much peaceful! I accidentally lost my receipt, otherwise I would have filled out a survey

Never know what I am going to get from here, it’s either great or horrible. But too often the pizza is burnt on the edges, not enough sauce or cheese, dry, and lukewarm. Do your employees know how to cook a thin crust?? I choose pickup so I don’t have to wait for delivery in order to avoid these issues and yet they’re still happening.

Gave this place 3 chances and they blew it every time. First time, they forgot part of our order. We called them to try and get it resolved but no one working seemed to be able to help. So they said they’d have the manager call. I never received a call.

The Hot Chicken pizza at this location was not even close to the Georgetown location goodness. Missing the pickles & the ranch drizzle was disappointing but then the limited amount of chicken was upsetting.

We ordered our pizza at 5:30 and got an email confirmation saying our pizza would be delivered by 6:20 and got another email at 6 saying it left the building. An hour went by and we still had no pizza. 20 minutes later my brother saw it sitting out on the porch. It was cold. The driver did not knock or inform us in any way that our pizza was here. We also did not write special instructions for it to be left on the porch in the rain. Highly dissatisfied with donatos tonight and many other times as well.

I don’t know why I keep coming to this location. I have never had any issues with any other Donatos. This time the pizza was burnt on the outside and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza.

The sweatshirt that an employee was wearing said it all. Read My Shirt – I Don’t Care. My husband loves Donato’s Pizza but this location has gotten so bad. Not only are our orders often wrong (like tonight – had to go back to get our wings), the employees are very rude and do not care. It has been like this for a year. We will now drive further to find another Donato’s.
