Personal thing, im not a fan of the ordering screen at the self checkout. Personally I like direct human interaction, but the ordering screen seems a bit unorganized for those who aren’t familiar with the platform. Restaurant is very clean, food was hot and prepared well.

We stopped through the drive thru for 2 freezes during happy hour, we got large thinking it was the same price since the girl didn’t say it wasn’t and then got to the window and was told it was $5 each (the freezers are in their medium cups as well not large), we then asked them to put them in regular cups them so we could get the happy hour deal and she refused. So we paid and as we were leaving the drive through we started to drink them and they tasted horrible. They were not cherry. They also had blue parts in them as well so they clearly don’t clean their machine. My husband went inside to ask them to remake and the girl rudely said it wasn’t her problem and started acting like she was going to fight him putting her hands in a fist. Absolutely ridiculous. Better service across the street at McDonald’s. I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. We will definitely not be back.

How seriously BEYOND INCOMPETENT do you need to be not to have a till of money to serve your customers with during business hours. Your customers shouldn’t have to use a kiosk to be served. It’s simple incompetence and laziness, and if I were the manager of this place on the evening of 4/2, I would hang my head in shame at the utter failer that you are. TOTAL FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Taco Bell is relatively new but runs flawlessly and I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 5 minutes in their line. The size of their beefy five layer burritos is still a bit inconsistent but I’ve always been satisfied with what I’ve gotten.

Got there before they closed there was a big line in drive through. I drive truck so I walked up to the lobby door they have a door bell to order if you can’t get through drive. I was told they only had beans left nothing else since they close soon. Really weird that many people would just be getting beans in the drive through. All well I guess I won’t stop here
