The worst customer service I ever experienced! I simply ordered one large pepperoni pizza. The store was quiet, only 2 orders up. After a long day of work, school and practice. It was late, my daughter was so hungry she snuck a piece on the way home. We unload the car and open the box…. No pepperoni at all!

They say they deliver in a 5 mile radius. We live 4.6 miles. I called to place an order, but the number on the website doesn’t go directly to the Papa John’s in Hockessin, she had to transfer me because she said we were outside the radius when we aren’t They never picked up. She said if they don’t call back and press 5. I did that 3 times and they never picked up. I guess they don’t want the business.

Think these kids behind the counter are stoned. And between Papa John’s corporate and this local franchisee I’m not sure who’s worse. A few times I got ingredients on my order that don’t exist on the item. Placed an order for my “quality guarantee” was told 2 hours for delivery and that was ok. Until it never showed up and never got a call. Still a charge on the credit card, it was “my fault” I didn’t want to pick up. I’m just done with this store.

Horrible customer service from the belligerent manager at the Lantana Square, Hockessin, Delaware shop. Ordered one small pizza for carry out and showed up at the designated time and was told it would be another 45 minutes and I could “just wait.” I asked if they could deliver it instead as we were heading to the pool and his head almost exploded. I told him I came at the time on my confirmation email snd he said “that’s just for entertainment purposes, we do not honor those times.” He is the most unprofessional disgusting person I’ve ever had to deal with.

Yesterday I had a complaint with service at Newark De main street and had the police call. I video recorded this unfortunate event, but some Papa John’s management still treat people of color like second class citizens. The food is satisfactory at best and they should keep there customer base happy.
