My kids and I were hungry and went through the drive through for a quick bite. My son and I got the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was totally inedible! We needed a hammer and a chisel to eat it. If you were out of the chicken patty, just say it. And it was 2 hours before closing, so what is the excuse?

My wife and I, live in a small two with one chicken joint in it. We go to Hattiesburg KFC by the zoo. We get and know one is up front helping customers. Had to wait 10 mins before our order was taken and my wanted dark meat chicken, well they told us it would be forty-five mins before they will have chicken cook. I rocket scientist, but it only takes about 13 – 15 minutes on chicken, but KFC uesed a pressure cooking style so it should be half that time. One of the most disappointing I’ve had at a KFC.

The chicken was dry and old looking & the oil needs to be changed. The were to salty and cooked to hard. The server had an attitude problem. As if I was bothering her. I want be going there again. The food has changed for the better. And the staff is much more friendly now.

Food was good. Do wish they would put a little gravy at the bottom AND the top of the mash potato bowl. Cause you get to the middle and there is no more gravy taste. It was only on the top. Also put a little more than an ice cream scoop of potatoes in a single order of mash potatoes. We pay for a bowl full not a tiny scoop. We can’t eat the bowl, but we get more bowl than potatoes in it.

I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal, which comes with 2 large side orders and 4 biscuits. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 8 minutes for m my order, but it was fresh and hot. Also, they were out of white meat, so I had to get all dark meat. This is my reason for 4 stars instead of 5. On the plus side, there wasn’t a wait in line ahead of me. I guess I would recommend this restaurant simply because this and Popeye’s are the only chicken fast food restaurants in town.

Got here at 5:20pm on a Tuesday. Waited for over an hour for 3 chicken tenders. The staff were nice but it’s totally unacceptable to be waiting so long- they told me they somehow “ran out” of chicken. How does KFC, a chicken place, “run out” of chicken? Will not be coming back.
