Everything would have been a 4 star rating but I asked the server for silverware 3 times and still didn’t receive it. On the 4th time he came over to ask how the food was and I said I am still waiting for silverware. This happens every time I go there. The hostess station needs to start grabbing the silverware at the same time they are grabbing the menus and this wouldn’t be an issue.

This was a disappointing experience this evening. The server was just not on her game. Felt rushed from the beginning. Bread was never offered or served. The main course (Spaghetti Bolognese) was just mediocre. Not the flavor you would expect. Drink refills required constant requests. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Sometimes mistakes happen and I brought up an issue to our server’s attention. Our Margherita pizza was way undercooked. Both the server and manager kept mentioning this is how it gets cooked and that they could overcook it if I wanted. I was so confused. Shouldn’t the food be cooked first to then overcook it further. When you lift the slice and all the topping just falls off as you see an uncooked dough, it is evident the pizza wasn’t cooked.
