The food was just average. There was nothing special about any of the food we tasted. I had the chicken and waffles, it was fresh but it was just average. It was served with a strawberry butter that almost made the waffles taste like cupcakes and special spicy syrup that turned out to be nothing more then the table hot sauce and syrup My other half had one of there specials maple bacon pancakes with a maple bacon syrup, just pancakes with bacon chopped up on them nothing special. An side of cheese grits, I do have to say the grits where nasty watery, tasteless and with just a sprinkle of cheese on top of them. With 2 teas to drink and our bill was $50+ before tip. Save your money, there are much better places to eat for the same money!

When we first sat down we thought the prices were a bit steep but the food is so worth it!!! The speed of service is amazing! Their hollandaise sauce is to die for!!! 10/10 will come again!!! Bob (the cook) came out and delivered our food himself which was a very nice touch. Kinzy (our server) was very nice and let us enjoy our food in peace but never let our drinks get close to empty which is a big plus for us! The coffee was hot and strong just the way I like it! All around fantastic experience! If I had to give a negative it would be that the music was not to my personal preference but I’m just grasping at straws here. When it came time to pay they brought a tablet to our table so my card never left my site and I was able to put in all my info myself which was kinda cool.

The service was friendly and QUICK! Ashley was great and we had our food in no time! I cannot recommend enough the cinnamon style pancakes with The Bissell Breakfast. If you are in Terre Haute, put this on the list of must-eats!

For a party of two that came around lunchtime, we were quoted 20 minutes but sat in 5. Prompt service, hot food, and comfortable seating. I would definitely ask for a booth the next time we go because the foot traffic is constant near the regular tables. Food was good, but I personally feel like it wasn’t seasoned enough. Everyone is picky, so I think it’s fine. Try it out, we liked it!

Fast service and the food was hot and fresh. And it tasted very good. The potion sizes on our meals were double that of like a Denny’s. My club sandwich was huge. It literally had twice the meat I was expecting.

Our first time here and I can say we were impressed. I got the meatloaf and my husband got a BBQ burger. Not pictured as he ate it way too fast. He ordered it medium rare which hardly any one gets right but they did here! The meatloaf was good and unique and this is the only place that can get me to eat steamed fresh green beans! The sweet tea I’m obsessed with and I could buy it by the gallon. If you think the prices are steep, we’ll, you should see the food you get! Then you’ll know it’s worth the money!

This is my second time being here, and my fiancé’s first time. We both got the Belgian Waffle, he got his maple bacon and i got mine cinnamon roll style. The food is just absolutely amazing and our waitress, Tawana, was just amazing. She broke down the specials and made awesome recommendations. If we weren’t moving out of town in 2 days, we’d 100% be back for the food and for Tawana’s amazing service!!!

The food was fantastic! My friend got the strawberry pancakes, the cream cheese sauce, and the put on top was so good that she didn’t need syrup. My other friend and I got the western omelets portions, which were good and very tasty. We definitely will be back to try more items.
