Don’t pass up this place. It’s literally a hidden gem. The owners are a husband and wife duo that make you feel like family. Oh ya the food is incredible too. The pasta is so fresh it just melts in your mouth. The flavor of the sauces are authentic and delicious. This is definitely one of our favorites. Also the desserts are to die for. Stay away from the pistachio cookies unless you want a new addiction.

This was our first time to try Valentina’s. We absolutely loved it! All of their dishes and desserts are handmade including the pasta noodles! We ordered a lot of different things so we could try it all out. Garlic knots, Caprese salad, Linguine Terra Di Fuoco, Clam Linguine, side of meatballs, side of sausage. And for dessert: Profiterole and various cookies. All of which was so authentic and fresh! We went to Italy in March and this food is very comparable to the best of what we had there! We can’t wait to go back and try more on their menu! Our server Stacey was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful with answering all of our questions and making suggestions. She spent so much time with us and made us feel very welcome.

The food is amazing, the staff are very professional and friendly, and the environment is comfortable and relaxed. Our waitress was quick and efficient, and the owner was walking around checking on tables. Our food tasted incredible!!! The arancini was so crisp and crunchy on the outside, and full of flavor. They have a house made marinara sauce that I need jars of! My husband and I both ordered Calzones and they are so big! You can tell they use quality ingredients, everything tasted so fresh and delicious! We can’t wait to come back!

If you have not had the pleasure of eating at our local mom and pop Italian bistro, you’re missing out!! Valentina’s Bistro just opened up a few months ago. The owners are fantastic and friendly. Their food is straight outta Italy, family friendly budget, homemade from a first generation Italian American. It’s a chill, rustic atmosphere so no need to get all gussied up! Come try this place immediately!

Orange Park’s hidden Italian gem! I have an egg allergy and the owner/chef took his time to visit our table and go over the menu to tell us what did and didn’t have eggs in it, and what items could be modified for it as well. Our waitress recommended the bruschetta and it was totally worth it. It was the bomb! The garlic bread was huge and was so good, covered in fresh basil, garlic and tomatoes along with a balsamic glaze. The minestrone soup was interesting and had a very smooth taste and texture. My wife had the chicken picatta, my daughter had the spaghetti and meatballs, and I had the veal marsala. The picatta sauce was really good and had lots of capers and a lemony flavor. The meatballs with the spaghetti sauce were so tender! The veal marsala… WOW! The veal was pounded so thin and was so tender and delicious! The sauce was so creamy and smooth. The chef recommended the cannoli as it didn’t have any egg in it, so we ordered it to go. The dinner filled our bellies. We will definitely be going back!

Wow! Just wow! My wife and I wanted to try this place after reading the reviews. Please ignore all of the one star ratings. These fall in one of 2 categories. Either, the person has absolutely no idea what real Italian food is, or they are never happy. We recently went to Italy, and since returning have not been able to find ANYTHING that came even close. Then we came to Valentina’s. What an INCREDIBLE, and AUTHENTIC, Italian restaurant. Understand. In true Italian tradition, everything is served in courses. Italians NEVER, EVER, serve bread and or salad with the main dish. Each of those is ordered separately and come out separately. In Italy, dining is an experience, it usually takes 1 to 2 hours for a meal to progress from appetizers to dessert. While it may not take that long at Valentinas, they do not rush you and the entire experience is relaxing and VERY SATISFYING! We got garlic knots, and caprese salad for appetizers. Both were excellent! My wife had the Linguine Terra Di Fuoco, I had the Clam w/garlic linguine. The pasta, (made fresh on site), was cooked perfectly. Each dish was an explosion of flavors. We got a side of meatballs and sausage to try as well. Both were excellent. We also got the Profiterole for dessert, and some cookies to take home for later. What is anazing to me is that EVERYTHING, is made in house. Our server, Stacy, was very friendly and helpful.

We went to Valentina’s on College Dr in OP for lunch. The arancini was delicious and crispy, and I was able to grab a bite of the clams linguine, which was pretty garlicky (which we like!). The eclair and cannoli satisfied our sweet tooth. Service was excellent and I love how cute this little restaurant is. We now have a new place to frequent.

Serving size is on point. Food is good. Only wish the Alfredo sauce was thicker so when you eat the pasta it doesn’t just run off the pasta. But sauce was delicious. Nice local homemade Italian food. I will be back to try other recipes on the menu.

We had a great experience tonight at Valentina’s. The services was fast and the food was delicious. We were so full we had to take dessert to go and so glad we did! The owner came to our table to check on us and was very friendly and personable. Definitely go check out this veteran owned small business.

My husband, toddler, and I ate at Valentina’s for my birthday this weekend. I come from an Italian family so my standards in Italian food/ dessert are pretty high and let me honestly say that we were not disappointed. The three of us each ordered something different and were tasting each other’s dishes. It was impossible to pick a favorite because everything was delicious. I ordered the fettuccine with shrimp and spicy vodka sauce. If you don’t have room for dessert definitely take it to go. The cannoli and berry tiramisu were fantastic after we let our dinner settle. We were in town on a mini family vacation from the Savannah, GA area and will definitely make our way back to Valentina’s! It is worth it!
