We are a soul food food truck located in downtown Haines City Florida. We offer traditional southern soul food like your mama and grandmama used to make like fried chicken, catfish, collard greens, candied yams, mac n cheese and more. We are a new business in the area and we look forward to seeing new faces, meeting new people and have any and everyone come and join us and let us know what you like. During the holidays we will incorporate seasonal options such as chicken and dressing, sweet potato black bean chili and cranberry pecan cookies. We also cater in the surrounding area of Polk and Osceola county and we now also deliver with Doordash and UberEats. So, get on board.. don’t miss that train.

My grandkids LOVE Mac-n-Cheese and my daughter LOVES collard greens. We came here for another food truck but tried these two sides and they were AMAZING!! We can’t wait to go back. The collard greens were the best I’ve had outside of my own kitchen or my mothers kitchen so that is saying a LOT! Well seasoned, a tad salty but not enough to inhibit the flavors. A little red pepper flakes and they would have been even better. The outdoor seating is fun and they have piped in music to provide entertainment to the food trucks in the lot.

Absolutely loved the food! Tried the fried chicken with seasoned French fries & the food was served FRESH. All the way down to the crunchiness, the breading & the seasoning of the food. Was even given home-made garlic Parmesan to dress my food & to be quite honest. Never have I had garlic parmesan made so perfectly thick/rich. Nothing is better than authentic home-made food, especially this one! Will definitely be back

This was THE BEST SOUL FOOD, I have ever had! So good, we’ve gone two days in a row, lol, and I am very picky about food. Their food is served fresh and seasoned perfectly! Loved the Mac & Cheese, Sweet Potatoes (I had already eaten them so they’re not in the picture, lol), and I couldn’t get enough of the Honey Hot Sauce with my fried chicken. The Peach Cobbler was a HIT too! The owner has the best customer service and was so pleasant! This is our go to spot now and we will be long-term customers!
