A reservation is a must in season, as our 30-40 min. wait was closer to an hour. The food quality is usually very good but was off this trip. The prices have finally exceeded value for us. Most of the steak and nicer seafood dishes are now in the mid-$30s to low $40s. We didn’t see the cash discount advertised in the church bulletin this trip. We feel that we could have gotten more value for our dollar at some of the other restaurants in the area.

Having liked Roberto’s years ago, I am not sure why it took us so long to get back. The growth of the culinary scene in Ocean Isle and surrounds, probably, but still. Couldn’t decide where to go and remembered Roberto’s. It was nearing last seating but they happily sat us. Great service, and the food was outstanding. My wife’s pork chop was exquisite and my steak was almost as good! Bread was hot, with extra virgin olive oil to dip. Recommended for a nice dinner at the beach.

My wife, myself, and my in-laws had dinner there. All four dishes were excellent! The service was above par from the minute we walked in until we signed the check. The chef/owner came out to greet us once we had sat down and also gave his recommendations for that evening, which didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere was a bit loud, and I feel there could have been a little more room at the tables. All in all, though, everything was absolutely amazing! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal with attention to detail. Oh, and dessert was homemade and amazing as well!

10 out of 10 I will be going again! The food was fresh and each bite was better than the last. I loved the Salmon Rockefeller. The vegetables and salmon were cooked to perfection. The food was bursting with flavor. my husband stated the Chicken Alfredo was the best he has eaten at a restaurant. The Sangria’s were also very well prepared. Excellent service, nice atmosphere, job well done!

Best food all vacation! Seafood, Italian, streaks and more. Looked everywhere for truly grilled shrimp and finally found it here! Absolutely delicious! Only critique I can think of was I had ravioli and wished for a few more… but was able to get full of the extras (salad and bread). Favorite place so far in our trips here!

Tried Roberto’s based on the recommends of friends from church. It did not disappoint. The appetizer was incredible, the entrees were delicious, and the desserts were borderline sinful. The portion sizes are quite generous, and we all left quite full… even our teenage son (which is quite impressive).
