Me and my nephew stopped her for a bite. The atmosphere was very chill. The location is not big so I would not recommend a large party. Our meals were average price and good. The chicken stew is mildly spicy but tolerable for people like me who doesn’t like spicy food.

Place is beautiful the ethnic feeling is there! But the food has no seasoning at all like wow. I ordered the okra and it had no seasoning like extremely very little in it and the palm nut as well was very very bland. Those kids need to be trained better on how to be a professional server they sucked. The food was late and did not come all at once. It was a surprise to me I will never go back!!!

This Resturant needs to hire a cook from Africa to make these meals appropriately. They also need to cook the meat in the soups to get a more authentic flavor. I ordered three types of soups and some African delicacy’s and none tasted authentic. I really love the menu but recommend someone who knows how to cook the food right is immediately hired. Made a reservation for Yendid for Fathers Day . Glad I did because I had a party of 5 and the place is very small. However , Service was very accommodating and helpful. Food came to the table inconsistent. My toddler had to wait for her food ordered at the same time as everyone else. We were almost through with our meals when her food arrived to the table. It had to be boxed up and taken home. We were half way through our meal when the Jollof rice we previously ordered finally arrived. I guess they wanted to ensure everything came out hot and nothing was sitting, while waiting for the remaining of the order to be completed. However, The food was hot and absolutely delicious. I had the fish stew and was able to sample some of the Spinach stew with shrimp. The food did not fail nor disappoint one bit,it was everything. The spices, the textures the various options were great. I highly recommend this place. The chef even came out and made sure we were enjoying everything. This restaurant is going places. I would love to see and upscale version of this restaurant with its chill atmosphere. Definitely the change this area needs to see and would welcome. Thank you I will definitely be back I just hope the AC is working again by then.
