been here a couple of times with my bf, they always get the orders wrong. got mad when i told them to fix it even though u literally pay for what u ask for. the workers in the kitchen are little kids that are on their phones the whole time and just playing which makes them delay or forget orders. just drive to the other location near the movie theater instead. much better service.

wings are just wings. if you order them you are getting NO sauce or veggies or whatever. you have to buy combo to get anything else. which is ridiculous with that prices! if you get 10 PCs combo it comes only with 1(one) tiny sauce!(!). there gonna charge for any napkin soon. plus asked well done – came out raw inside, then estra 15 minutes to cook it extra.

As you can see it’s a very clean little eatery. Wings came out hot and very tender. It was our first time there and they gave us without asking three free samples of other wings. The french fries were out of this world. Crispy hot just the right amount of salt. And their bathroom would get a five-star rating for cleanliness. The only setback was there was no mirror in the bathroom .

Worst wing stop location. My best friend and I came here a few times and gave them multiple chances but every single time the guy at the counter basically forces my friend to take the survey for the free fries and makes us wait 30 minutes longer than we would have liked. They never get the order completely right and the food at this location just doesn’t have as much flavor as other locations do. The staff also don’t seem to know what they’re doing half the time. Try not to order from this wing stop if you can.

Normally Wingstop is decent but something was off with the buffalo sauce on the wings. Came out very thin/watery and lacked flavor. Also the celery was waterlogged and kinda soft instead of crunchy. May be an issue with the new store, or a bad batch.
