My Happy Place!!! I typically use the drive through for my coffee and food orders. There are times when the line moves more slowly than others, however the end result is always worth the wait! Being a senior citizen I am not the confident with using the App but each time Ford and Amir help by teaching me how to better use this App. They ALWAYS treat me with respect, kindness and patience – a rarity at most fast food places now a days. My order is consistently accurate. This is one of the few drive thru places I actually look forward to going to.

This dunkin is a hit or miss. Some days it’s speedy, and some days I’m waiting in the drive thru line for 35 minutes. I’ve been written up at work for being late because I was stuck in the drive thru line. Today, I had hesitantly ordered a grilled cheese; the photo explains it all. But, I like coffee, and it’s conveniently placed near me.

I don’t know why I even bother with this location…as a matter of fact any locations near me. Almost every single time I order, someone messes it up. Today I ordered a plain bagel w/ cream cheese on the side and I didn’t even get cream cheese. Yesterday, I ordered same and the cream cheese was on the bagel (barely a thin layer). My coffee orders are 9 times out of 10 incorrect as well. I would love a call from the general manager or higher up. I spend at least $20 per week here and expect what I order. DO BETTER!!

Among the other Dunkin’s in the area this is our favorite! This location has never steered us wrong. Both Ford & Amir are always fast and friendly when we pull up. They are prompt and accurate with our orders especially when ordering ahead through the app!

It’s happened too many times now. I order a standard menu drink add whip cream, that’s it, and I get the wrong size and multiple things added I didn’t ask for. It’s 6 am and the donuts are stale. I don’t have this problem at the other two.
