I would like to start by saying I rate this place as a 4.5 star out of 5, but Google Maps will not let me add the extra half-star. My father and I stopped here on a rainy Saturday as we were both in the mood for a good cheeseburger. Out of all of the fast food establishments in in or near Beckley West Virginia, this is our favorite place for a cheeseburger. The portion sizes were generous and the food quality was excellent. The restaurant was noted to be very clean. The staff were prompt and courteous in taking our orders. The manager was observed to be working throughout the restaraunt while also doing rounds through the lobby to make sure everyone was okay and see if they needed anything. The men’s bathroom was very clean and smelled freshly attended to (we have been to numerous other restaurants in this area where we felt like we needed a tetanus shot and round of antibiotics before even stepping into the bathroom… you know what I mean).

Best burger place around. Very clean, best employees ever.. anywhere. The prices are a lil high, but there is no freezer or microwave in the restaurant. Nothing comes precooked or packaged. The potatoes are cut fresh, the meat is also pattied out and never frozen. All the toppings come fresh, some locally grown, and prepped and cut in the back. The quality of the food is the best is why it costs more. It’s worth it. The cleanest commercial kitchen I’ve ever seen.

I absolutely love this place. GREAT juicy hamburgers with a awesome list of toppings and if you order fries they give you loads!!! Always clean and normally friendly and accommodating. The only draw back is the price, 3 or 4 hamburgers, fries and drinks will crush your wallet and explode a 50 dollar bill. But it hurts so good!!!

Beautiful employees there. Nice architectural design to the place, too. Food was good, but a bit expensive. Fries weren’t good at all as the huge advertisement inside suggests. I guess that’s why they are able to give you so many… The fries were a real disappointment.

This was my first visit to any Five Guys. The cashier was very so nice & made you feel welcome. The restaurant was clean & I received my food in less than 10 minutes. It was delicious, but I do feel the price is a bit steep. Still overall nice place with friendly employees.
