I love a good hole in the wall restaurant that is a hidden gem but Mom’s Kitchen isn’t one of those places. Positive…the staff. They did a great job of taking care of everyone. The place was busy. Negatives….the decor is from 1974 and it is dirty. It needs an update. The food was nothing special it was awful. The biscuits and gravy were absolutely horrible. No flavor except for the flour. The eggs were over cooked for 3 different orders. The coffee served in a dirty sticky mug. And $3.59 for a chocolate milk served in the smallest glass they have?? It is a let down.

Very friendly staff. Food was really good, just like eating at home. Eggs are not over cooked like most places, hash browns are not greasy and over cooked like most places. Their portions are very generous and the prices very fair. I have started recommending it since. I will definitely return

Came here with my husband for the first time. We wanted an authentic hole in the wall type breakfast diner. We were served by Tina, who is absolutely personable, friendly and funny. The atmosphere is cozy and homey. The food is priced well and hands down delicious.

Fantastic place to dine! Food is wonderful, service is excellent, friendly atmosphere. Wide variety to choose from, and though it is small, they get you seated very quickly. Highly recommend!

I can’t believe this gem still exists! I hadn’t been there in years but was in 0lathe the other day. I had an amazing french dip sandwich and my Mom enjoyed her hamburger and fries. My husband and I are going back for breakfast as that was what he used to stop in for while working in the area.

First of all, this is a 2 $$ restaurant. Our bill was $52 for 2.5 people(3yr old). We ordered 2 omelets, side of bacon, 2 coffees and 1 kids apple juice. The hash browns were oily and dry, the Swiss cheese omelette was a nasty white sandwich cheese that was laid on top. The bacon didn’t even taste good, it was dry and chewy. Not sure how you screw that up.

Small town diner feel. The service was excellent. I ate something called The Shoe. Eggs, hashbrowns, biscuit, and smothered in sausage gravy. Mmmmm gravy. My wife had the eggs Benedict, which she loved. Coffee was delicious and plentiful.

My wife and I tried this out over the holidays. The staff and patrons were really nice and the food was really good at a reasonable price. The pancakes are HUGE and very light and fluffy – just a little bit on the rubbery chewy side. The atmosphere overall was nice, but the color scheme is very dark brown and dark green. Not terrible, But I do wish it was a lighter, more calming color scheme.

Good downhome eating place in a cute little cafe size building. The service was excellent even though it wasn’t very busy. The waitress came and refilled my coffee before it was even half gone! Prices were fair and the food was awesome.

I love Mom’s kitchen. Funny enough, a friend recommended it for one of their favorite burgers in town, but I have yet to try the burger there.
