We went to Patty O’s for lunch and then dinner the next day! For lunch we ordered the Tuna Tartare for starter and half pound beef burger . They were both outstanding . The next day we ordered the Fried chicken basket which came with cornbread, potato salad and biscuit. It was delicious! The service is outstanding which is is very rare these days! I highly recommend this restaurant.

After having a disappointing meal last night at a so called “high end” restaurant, Patty O’s was a delight! The atmosphere is like an old French eatery. The cracking of the fireplace was soothing. I had the fried chicken basket. It was THE crustiest, crunchiest chicken I have ever had. Lol. Personally, I don’t like my chicken too crusty, but this was seasoned so well that I left half the crust on the plate and still enjoyed dipping it in the horseradish sauce and eating sweet pickles. Don’t get me wrong, it was perfectly crusty/crunchy. The potato salad surprised me. It had no color at all so I thought……Well shut my mouth! It was perfect! The cornbread and biscuit (they only serve one each) was perfect! However, they were not served warm (mistake). I was only able to eat one piece of chicken and had to take the rest home. The website advertised a half chicken. You only get 3 pieces, which was plenty. Pricey for a fried chicken dinner? Yes. But I would do it all over again. I took the Lemon tart to go. It was hands down THE BEST Lemon tart I have ever eaten. Wish I had gotten a second. I also got the chocolate pecan bourbon pie, which I’ll eat for breakfast. Feeling happy. The Inn is next!

Had been wanting to try Patty O’s since they opened, and finally made a trip last week for dinner. Overall, I was disappointed by the experience.

In all fairness, we sat outside on a perfect summer afternoon. So the atmosphere couldn’t miss! The food was worthy of the Michelin stars that were awarded to its parent – the Inn at Little Washington. Every ingredient tasted as fresh and locally sourced, as described. It’s over an hour from home for us, otherwise we’d be going there everyday!

Had intended to stop at Headmaster’s Pub for lunch only to find it closed. Staff there recommended Patty O’s and that was great advise. Very upscale (and pricey) but a great dining experience. Food- superb. Service – superb. Atmosphere- superb. Parking was easy and the bathroom spotless. Honestly, the onion soup perfumed with Calvados was salty to my taste. But offering chilled simple syrup to sweeten my tea was over the top. Tip is included in the bill. Our server Alex was excellent. Yeah. I’ll go back. But even with the large outdoor seating area, this place will fill up fast when word gets out.

This place is a neat little cafe ran by the same chef as The Inn and it was just as delicious. We tried the baked goods one morning and went for lunch the next day and we’re impressed both times. The decor is fun and staff super pleasant.

I visited here for a couple of times during the lunch. The cafe space is connected with Patty O’s bakery in a little historical town called Washington. There is a nice open patio in front of the building; you get to see all the historical buildings around, including the Inn at Little Washington. Although the patio is facing the main street of the town, traffic is very mild, so it should not bother you. The indoor is also nice, and I personally liked the seating that I got to see the classy and not-large-but-effective bar. I would recommend either indoor or outdoor depending on the weather and how busy it is.
