As hard as it was for me to find that Chipotle had moved across the parking lot, I admit that it has found a beautiful new home. Replacing the run-down Jack in the Box with a vibrant, renovated industrial decor is a great move for our favorite local Chipotle and we’re so happy for the next phase.

Oh boy, this Chipotle joint was a total letdown! ♂️ I mean, seriously, it’s like they had a master class in being rude to customers! Not to mention, the place was far from tidy – definitely not a spot you’d wanna eat at. And guess what? The manager actually seemed to back up the staff’s rude behavior, can you believe that? ♀️ I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for a whopping 12 years, but this location was a major disappointment. I couldn’t just let it slide, so I made sure to report this whole mess to Chipotle headquarters. Let’s hope they take some action to fix things up!

Dirtiest Chitpole ever. I don’t think no one is in charge. What a huge dissappointment. Gives Chitpotle a bad name. Not nearly has good as the location they moved from. Went in twice and every table was dirty. Even the outside is dirty. We left immediately. Guess what, the food is probably the same.

First time eating here, quality of food is good. I asked for there hottest sauce possible and it delivered. Other locations its a meh. So if you want some heat, they currently have a good batch of hot sauce .

I was a little late to chipotle. I went around 10:01 pm to see if they could still accept any orders. Instead, when I entered, they yelled at me viciously and with such anger. They said it very loud and was rude that way about the store closing. They got offended that I just came in because I just wanted some food. Poor, seems like employees didn’t want to be there. Rude and I dislike this place’s customer service.

The people on the line said they don’t have Lemons or Limes. I go to many different Chipotles all the time and there are always Limes or Lemons. I even asked if it was a new thing that they don’t have any and they said yep. I knew they were lying. So I asked the register person and she gladly handed me Limes. It wasn’t even busy in there. What is the reason? Also a girl working in the drive thru area handing out food was coughing her head off. She should not be there.
