I thought this was the better sonic in Beebe but now I wonder. Several times the food is going down hill. I just got the ultimate meat burrito and it had literally 3 pieces of sausage and nearly no egg. Family also got burritos and there’s was the same even in one that was only sausage and egg. It’s becoming a joke and not worth the money.

3 minutes at the driver through “hello?” and finally get our order taken. Takes card 2 minutes and returns it. It’s now been almost 10 minutes that we’ve been at the windows and no food. It’s 2 freakin kids burgers and another burger. Yall should have that made and even if you didn’t it don’t take this long. Honestly worst service you can tell their is no care. Goto the other one it’s… less terrible.

On Sunday June the 25th 2023 my husband and I were on our way to Conway and stopped by this Sonic in Beebe. We pulled up and pressed the button and were told that they were not taking orders at the time due to being short staffed. Ok my husband and I are both managers of the companies that we at for. We understood. When we were about to pull our of the drive we see that they are taking orders and giving food in the drive – thru. We stopped and he asked the person in the drive thru and she said year a second ago we stopped taking orders. He said so 30 seconds ago you stopped because you were short staffed. I have sat here and could see your employee door. NO one went in but now you are taking orders again? I mean what changed in 30 seconds?

This is my go-to sonic for drinks and ice cream. They usually do a great job and are nice. I’ve only had one mess up with my order recently, and they took care of it without a problem.

Ordered the foot long chilli dog. Don’t eat this while driving unless you want to wear your food. Had no idea that it came with a fork. Duh! Other than that it was a decent chilli dog.

Super slow service order wrong and when asked to fix it she said it will take longer waitresses was nice but service as far as being fast sucks if your hungry or in a hurry or have small kids that aren’t patient then I definitely don’t recommend this sonic!
