I ordered a thin crust pizza. What I got wasn’t a thin crust pizza. The flavor of the crust and pizza overall was good. However, if you want a thin crust pie, this isn’t the place. I provided them feedback and hope they stop labeling their pizza thin crust when it isn’t. For those who have no issue with the thickness of the crust, I highly recommend East of Chicago Pizza. I sought the opinion of two others, and they agreed this was not a thin crust. The 3 star rating is because of the crust issue. Pizza restaurants should know this difference.

Ordered their Chicago Style Deep Dish for dinner last night. The young man on the phone told me “Ya know there’s sauce on top of that” to which I informed him that yes, that’s what makes it a deep dish Chicago pizza. He took my info then promptly hung up on me during mid sentence. When I picked up the pizza there were a few young kids in the open window kitchen just standing around and one girl was on her cell phone the whole time. When I got home and looked at my pizza there was little to no sauce at all on top. (It used to be covered in marinara and grated Parmesan cheese. Since it was too late to return I begrudgingly ate a slice feeling very disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be going back there again. I should have just ordered from Romeo:s. …at least they know how to make a deep dish.

This location’s pizza has the classic East of Chicago flavor every time I order. Professional and polite staff who get the food done on time without the quality of their work suffering. I have been ordering pizza here for more than half a decade and it tastes the same every time.

My nachos were missing the salsa and my wings had honey mustard sauce instead of honey bbq. Seems like someone was rushing and not really paying attn. Delivery time was already an hour so I didn’t even bother to call and complain.

We live in Firestone Park, the location closest to us closed a few years ago so it’s been since then that we’ve had East of Chicago. We ordered a taco pizza, pepperoni pizza, garlic cheese bread and a sub tonight, you all didn’t disappoint, our order was ready when I got there, and it was perfect! Thank you !!

The lady at the front unfortunately shouldn’t be there. She just didn’t know how to run the system. Doesn’t know prices and also my order was sitting there for 20 minutes after it was ready. I saw my order and wondered if it was mine and had to wait for someone else to help out due to her not being able to help multiple customers. I told him my name and he grabbed my order instantly. I cannot walk behind the shelf and grab my order or o would’ve checked myself. Only rating two stars because I honestly just felt bad
