I have never done a bad review so I am definitely not a “Karen” but last night i had the worst experience of getting fast food. we told the lady on the drive thru that we wanted TWO DOUBLE charmburgers and sweet potato fries, with a salad. the lady taking the order didn’t seem enthusiastic or cared about her job. we even heard that she said 2 double charmburgers when she repeated the order. after we opened the bag we noticed that we only had ONE SINGLE charmburger and NO SWEET POTATO FRIES ?? we spoke to the manager and he admitted that they FORGOT to our sweet potatoes fries in the bag but didn’t even say sorry he was basically just defending the lady who took the order. when they gave us our other charmburger it was a SINGLE PATTY. we had told them so many times we wanted TWO doubles. the LEAST he could have done was give us a discount or something for free but instead he charged us for TWO patties and only took one of the burgers for some reason ?? they told us to park on the curbside. we he came out he gave us a bag and swore everything was in there but didn’t apologize. When we checked the bag, the container had ONLY ONE PATTY ??! and the burger they had given us had ONE PATTY ASWELL!! So at this point we we’re basically so over it and we wanted to go just home. I am very upset about this experience because they didn’t apologize or seem to care and didn’t give us a discount instead they scammed us. if the only is reading this please check who worked last night and have a talk with them.

Try the Santa Barbra. Love their special drinks. Hot pepper bar. Love to add jalepeños to my burger. Warm water in bathroom sinks and bathroom door configured correctly to pull to enter push to leave so you can keep your hands clean. Look forward to trying brussel sprouts and fish sandwich.

Does it take forever to get your food? Yes. It’s made fresh and worth the wait. Is it expensive? Very much so, but what HASN’T gone up in price lately? It’s kind of an in-between place: not quite fast food, not quite a formal restaurant. I couldn’t justify eating there all the time, but it’s a nice break when you want something better than fast food but don’t want to cook.
