My kids favorite pizza is the stuffed crust with pineapples. They would eat it everyday if they could. My husband loves their bowls because they are low carb and I love their chicken Parm rolls. Their pizza is always ready when they say and they text and track online so you’re not waiting. Location is not too bad since you can access from both sides of 40 from the front or back. They also always have great deals.

Our order arrived less than desirable. The pizzas were dry around the edges, not much sauce and the crust to pizza ratio was off. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager Jasmine. From the time Jasmine answered the call to the moment our call ended, she provided nothing but EXCELLENT customer service. Jasmine took the time to not only hear my issues but acknowledge and fix them. Thank you Jasmine for being such a light not only to your team but the world. We had ordered Tuscan cheese sticks of 12″ on April 10, 2018. It was so badly baked that all cheese had worn out on the Papa Johns box itself. Half the cheese was just lying plain on the cheese sticks. We could actually feel the cheese with our fingers while trying to hold the cheese sticks. And it dint feel like, we are having cheese sticks, had pizza like appearance. The ingredients were all worn out & the pizza dough itself came out while we were trying to pull out each cheese stick. Slow delivery. The app is inaccurate and doesn’t properly track orders. Says delivered on the app but pizza didn’t arrive at all. Had to cancel it or get it remade. I asked for it to be cancelled.
