The employees here are not customer service oriented. Disregard customers and then make a big deal about giving you the dipping sauces that you paid for until they will take the time to acknowledge you and they check your receipt first and then back at you before doing anything and act like you are trying to steal or something. Waay too serious of a situation for a pizza place you can’t even sit down in.

Been waiting 25 minutes to get my cheesy bread 5 people in line out the door. One the ladies didnt get the correct order. Someone dropped breadsticks out the portal saw a employee pick them up. Who knows if they were tossed or re-served. Never coming here again. This is absurd.

Second try here This place is the worst skimpiest pizza I have ever bought Dry, no sauce, no cheese greasy old and tough probably sat there for hours in the hot box despite the store being busy maybe they just make bad pizza fast..The bread sticks were horrible tough and dry also. I’m not sure if the guy working even said one word in English if he did I couldn’t understand him .Just Felt like a street market in India hurry hurry go go okay okay Bad pizza !

I ordered on 4/18/23 at 5:14 was expected to be picked up at 5:37pm I arrived late due to traffic after 6:15 and STILL had to wait for my order to be ready. The employee had the 2 pizzas ordered in the warming station but had the bread just coming out the oven, therefore when I got home with the food I had old pizza but newly made bread. I’ve tried to call the store now 12 times within a period of 10 mins to complain and have not had anyone pick up the phone. The information online states the store is open until 9:30 so not exactly understanding why I can’t speak to someone after calling 12 times. This was my first and last time ever coming to this location.

Service is slow as can be. Cashier doesn’t speak clear English. They turn customers away because they can’t keep up with more than a few orders. They don’t give you your sauces that you pay for unless you make them.

I pre-ordered my food way in advanced and when I receive my food 30 minutes after it was stated to be done. They gave me the wrong food and when I went back in the employee took the pizzas and threw them across the room. I was patient and wasn’t rude so I definitely wasn’t expecting his reaction.

The picture speaks for its self.. I was unaware you had to ask for no water on your pizza. The price ($12 Hawaiian) is more then other pizza restaurants(fast food types) $9 every where else for carry out. Okay the pizza had water all over it and the crust turned into babyfood mush wouldn’t even support the topping just kinda turning into water and cheese filled soup. Still had to wait 12 minutes to get it so no real benefits to coming here for a expensive cheese soup.
