This place was 5 stars about two years ago. Not sure what happened. Two of three drink machines are broken. The biggest issue here is the price and customer service. It’s right by the SJSU campus but isn’t affordable for students. The place is empty for lunch on a Friday. They have 4 guys cooking and one lady ringing up customers. Bathrooms are locked so don’t forget to ask for a code when you arrive. Lots of surfboards and photos around the restaurant. They deliver thru door dash, so get ready for the fees to pile up. Outside seating is available and about 20 booths inside with another private party area.

The chicken Caesar salad here is amazing! It tastes great sober but even better drunk. Dine in closes at 10 so that’s something to watch out for. The bathroom is clean and spacious. If you get a slice and a salad you get a free drink which is a plus for me. The staff is always friendly and the vibes immaculate. They have a neat fish tank and a meeting room. I’m definitely coming here again :)))

Upon our arrival, we noticed it wasn’t busy therefore figured we could take our time ordering as we were undecided. Unfortunately, the girl who was at the register between 2-2:15 pm, must’ve been having a bad day since she was unkind, unwelcoming and rushed us with our order. I understand we all have bad days, but when you work in a “Customer Service ” position, you must be mindful of what customer service defines. She did the complete opposite and made my family and I very uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate because before we enjoyed going there, but she left a bad taste with her terrible customer service. We’ll be going elsewhere next time. Maybe she needs some training or to be re-trained. On a positive note, the gentleman who gave us our food was very cordial. Did not get his name, but thank you.

Great pizza, never soggy. Be sure to grab some free ranch or blue cheese dippings in the fridge 🙂 we got pineapple ham and supreme this time. Delicious, will always come back.

They go very light on the dough and toppings. So much so that the pizza’s “structural integrity” is compromised and the slices don’t hold up. Also, they outsource their delivery to doordash, so don’t bother ordering delivery. Way overcharge and underdeliver.

Pizza My Heart was a great place to meet up with friends for a quick meal and a chat. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit at and a large selection of ready made pizzas to choose from. You can even order your own whole personal pizza with any toppings you like. The pizza slices we asked for were supposedly heated up but given to us cold. The crust was sloppy and the toppings and sauce not very tasty. We were there with a large group and a lot of the others also experienced the same sloppy pizza slices.
