Great food as long as you don’t need to deal with customer service. They have terrible service. I placed an order for a pizza online and was late fr the pickup. The store was closing in 15 mins so the employees asked me to talk to the customer service and provided a phone number that did not work. When told, they said that was the only number they had. So, we looked up the number for their customer service online and called. I was placed on hold for 30 mins and after they picked up, I was told they cannot shift the order and can only cancel it. So, I asked them to go ahead and cancel it. Then they tell me the store/district manager will call me for the cancellation process. I mean, that’s clearly too much hassle for a pizza!

I placed an order over the phone. When I got there, the employee didn’t seem to know exactly what I had ordered, as if he hadn’t actually written down my order. I told him the items I had ordered and got my items and paid for my order. When I got home I realized that he had given me the wrong pizza. I had ordered an extra most bestest stuffed crust pepperoni and he had given me a regular extramostbestest pepperoni. I called and was told I could bring back the incorrect pizza to get the correct one. I told him it would be awhile before I could bring it back.
