My buddy and I were really hungry and thought some wings would do it so we ordered the 20 piece. The wings were good in my opinion but we have been spoiled by Ameci’s in Oxnard and they have excellent wings. The price was reasonable for 20 pieces though. Haven’t tried their pizza so I can’t comment on that.

Rusty’s pizza quality continues to drop but their prices go up. They’re doe is poor quality, wings are old and burnt, call center hires trashy people and they’re locations are ran down and old. This place wasn’t the exception. Their food was horrible and their servants were worse. You don’t start a conversation with a coworker when you’re on the register and can’t even manage to print out a receipt. Incompetent over priced joint.

The family and I tried Rusty’s just last night and while the pizza was “passable” the wings were not. First, the pizza was similar to what you would find at a Chucky Cheese or Peter Piper Pizza for those familiar. Not terrible but not the best.

The online ordering site wasn’t working properly so I called to place a very large order for our office, something we do fairly often. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude! While working my way through the order for all the pizzas, it became clear that courteous customer service was not part of her job description. I finally asked to speak with someone else to complete my order. She said no, so I proceeded to move on to the chicken wing part of our order before getting to the salads. When I asked for an order of 25 wings (I was looking at their menu online and it stated orders of 12 or 25 per order). In her rude tone she told me I could only get 10 or 20 and which did I want. I explained that their menu online stated something else, but I would take one of each so a total of 30. She told me to hold and after 10 mins of waiting I finally hung up. Rusty’s Pizza has lost our business.

I came in from out of town. Called in the order, I walked in and paid, and they forgot about me while I waited inside. 30 minutes later, I heard the girl at the counter ask the other what I was doing there. They had my pizza on top of the stove and forgot about it. How do you forget your paying customers? How!? Please replace or retrain these irresponsible, immature girls at the counter. It was extremely embarrassing to me, but to any establishment that could not remember their customers.
