I really loved my experience at this location with Ms. Zondra! Firstly, she greets everyone who comes in so sweetly and this generates regulars; she has customers that have “usuals”. The location is kept spotless and is so cutely decorated! My sandwich was SO good that I had to pull over so I could really eat! I’ve also had the ribs & potato au gratin from Honey Baked Ham and they are amazing.

I love this place and I have been holding this in for the past few times I stopped in. Sara, has nasty attitude… She never speaks. She will look at you and walk away. I mean wow..This is customer service right? I love the food, and we even stop in get ham for the holidays every year… You can literally cut the tension with a knife. I wish I could leave 5 stars but, I have to leave 2.

This place gets a one star today solely because of Sarah. I don’t know why she’s working in the people business. She’s not pleasant, she doesn’t greet customers, she huffs and puffs with heavy sighs made me not want to ask for anything else. She does not like her job at all. She was slamming things on the counter I reluctantly asked for a Cobb salad and she breathed out so loudly I had to go back to my car to get my phone to write a review. She needs training lord of training. Maybe someone should go a pop up visit as a secret shopper to see how horrible she is. You guys lost money today.
