Yesterday was our first time and we just had to come back today. It is very hard finding a good consistent African Restaurant but this place has nailed everything from food to service and atmosphere. It feels so homey the way they are all nice and respectful. Prices are affordable and Jollof and chicken is so good. We will always come here from now on. Thank you Lagos Kitchen!

The food was good. No complaints there. The atmosphere in the restaurant was abysmal. It looks barely different than a storeroom and the air in there is miserable. The counter person ignored me for a few minutes, and then disinterestedly asked, pickup? I said, “no.” He took my order, again, disinterestedly, then informed me that, “dees menu prices aren’t right” and added to the cost of every item I ordered. I will never be returning.

I order through doordash and got the fufu egusis soup with goat meat..man the beef in the egusis was hard tuff and had alot of fat on it which was freaking disgusting and they only give you 1 beef meat and 1 goat which also was cook to hard. I didn’t enjoy my food at all except the egusis and pounded yam which was a small portion..you would think bc they so expensive you would get more soup but nope..won’t be ordering from this place again..

This place honestly is not tasty at all. I don’t know which type of people make okra soup with no crayfish but I guess they are special. The soup was so bad the Okra wasn’t fully cooked either just smelled expired and repulsive. Next the snail is 2 snails one big one and one small one for $12.90 like are you serious 2 snail! you can buy 13 snails at African market for $22 please don’t waste you time and money. The snail is so hard it’s not tender it taste as if it’s stailed. It was just a bad experience! the jollof isn’t good as well but the Efo was good and the pounded yams. Please I reconnect Gidi bar and grill, best tasting jollof and nice suya. Enjoy your day guys.

Was very hungry today tried to go to Popeye’s but Popeyes didn’t open on time so I went around the corner to Lagos kitchen and they didn’t open until 11:00 but I went in at 10:00 and the lady made me a beautiful delicious tilapia plate with plankton. Will be taking my entire family there soon!

Fantastic food. Wonderful owner and son. I was recently in Flower Mound for work and came across this wonderful restaurant. I was blown away at the amazing taste and generous portions. When I was leaving I had to order 2 pans of food to take with me. Her Ofada is one in a million!!!!!

Lago’s Kitchen easily became my favorite restaurant in Lewisville. The food is amazing every time, and the people that work here are so down to earth and sweet.
