This is the best Waffle House I’ve been to. Going in on a Wednesday at 5:30pm and completely dead this shouldn’t of happened. The waffle was an extra small which is ridiculous. The waffles were not completely cooked through. They were originally forgotten about. They forgot the cheese on the grits when I got home I just through a slice on top. The plastic utensils was also forgotten even though the young lady asked and I said yes I would like it. She only gave 1 for 2 meals. The hash brown didn’t have cheese. It’s just the little things that added up to make this not enjoyable. I never had this experience from this Waffle House.

Waited 25 minutes for the waiter to even recognize that I was sitting there then the waiter wanted my order without even asking me if I wanted something to drink I had to tell him to bring my coffee then I waited another 10 minutes for my coffee while he was playing on his phone I didn’t know second shift come in and they wanted to know if something was wrong if I was okay very dissatisfied got my food it was cold so no I did not leave a tip service truck this morning finally the manager come in and finally straighten stuff out but I was on my way out the door they need to get better service it better employees that will do their job the right way
