Got only a steak biscuit. It was over $4. Bread was saturated with oil to a point it was like dough and the oil has a flavor and smell like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I literally spit it out and threw it away.

I used to love Hardee’s food but I will not go there again thank you to the one on college avenue. Supposed to open at 5:00. I sat in the drive through line from 5:15 to 5:45 at no one even attempted to take an order. So while their food may be good their service is horrible and I will not go back

I ordered 2 breakfast platters amongst a few other things. When I opened 1 of the breakfast platters to eat I found a cockroach smushed inside my plate. I think that is very disgusting that not only did the employees see the cockroach and smush it in a plate, they also put food in that same plate and served it. I will not be returning to this location any time soon.

I’m not usually a critic when it comes to restaurants. I understand as a business owner myself, the struggles of finding and keeping employees. We pulled in the parking lot and there was nobody there! We go in and the place was filthy. It appeared there were only 3 people working with two of them doing nothing. They were out of pickles, out of ketchup,out of sweet tea. The urinal in the restroom was out of order and the toilet was overflowing with toilet paper the restroom had not been cleaned and there was no soap to wash my hands! This place has some serious staffing issues. Two stars only because the burger was actually good!

I’ve never had a problem with my order being wrong and the employees are always so friendly. Of course you will occasionally have a bad apple but that bad apple doesn’t last very long. I go here for breakfast about once a month maybe twice a month sometimes. Who doesn’t love a good Hardee’s breakfast.
