This location has gone completely down hill. We used to love getting pizza here because it was the best. The last few times it was absolutely horrible. We have one more chance this past Saturday, and I fully regret that decision. The pizzas were not even cut through, I had to cut them myself at home. one of the pizzas was cut into 12 oddly shaped pieces, kind of looking like it was supposed to be a prank, not cool at all. The pepperoni pizza looked like it had been sitting around for hours and was so thin and hard in the middle. We will definitely take our money elsewhere. On top of all this it’s hard to even get someone to pay attention to you when you walk in the door, it’s like an inconvenience for them. Well all but 1 person and I’m not sure his name. Bring back the good domino’s we enjoyed going to!!!

Ordered wings in error. Thought I ordered chicken bites. My error so I thought I’ll just eat them. Blech!!! They were just sauce , a lot of fat and more fat. I do like wings but not whatever these were.

Terrible customer service. Had random pizza delivered to my house and trying to figure out if they had any recent deliveries so I can at least bring the pizza to the people who ordered it. The Domino’s person said, “I didn’t deliver any pizzas,” That’s cool, but someone did.

Sad, sad pizza this time. Usually good. Had to call to have replaced and manager was rude and short when I called. She was not apologetic or compassionate in any way. Second pizza was great as manager made it I was told.

Although pizza has been decent, I recently went to pick up a pizza 20 min after saying, “Complete”. This tells me they are clicking the complete button to hit the corporate time requirements at the expense of customers waiting for long periods once arriving. There were many other pick up groups in the lobby with the same issue.

I’ve had all sorts of pizza, some of the best in New York, Boston, Chicago, Connecticut, Arizona, California, you name it. Tonight I had one of the best and it was made at Domino’s 3125 S Alma School Rd in Chandler AZ! Amazing hand tossed pepperoni and got delivery! It was still hot and the perfect pizza!
