It’s hit or miss at the Dawson location. Older staff is fast, but the food isn’t as good. Younger staff is slow, but the food is awesome. Just need to find that happy middle ground but keep the food tasting fresh.

Ordered a chicken finger meal. The chicken was raw. Service was poor as well. Trying to rush people through even though not busy. Sucks but won’t be coming back until further reviews showcase improvement at the location.

This place is terrible! They are always out of food. I just went through their drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich. We are out of chicken they say. What? How can Bojangles be out of chicken? Then they proceeded to tell me that they only had the Cajun filet chicken left. So I went ahead and ordered that with cheese. I ordered a sweet potato pie and guess what they were out of that too. Turns out they charged me the $3 extra for the Cajun chicken and when I got home I saw they didn’t even put cheese on it but they charged me for the cheese. Bottom line, keep your products stocked and provide better service and less mistakes on orders. This place is a joke!

This place used to be the worst Bojangles ever. But now, they have new great management and employees. Back then, they would never answer at the drive-thru and they would close at random times for literally no reason. But recently, i came back after months even though i never wanted to come back again to see if anything really changed. I was quite surprised that it’s now quite fast, and the open and close at the hours it says. I figure they got new employees and management. And i really like it. And the food was delicious. Back then, it was sloppy. Those previous workers were darn lazy. I am glad that this Bojangles has changed. I would now recommend going here.

Food & Customer Service has Definitely stepped up at this particular Bojangles! Chicken & Sides Taste Extremely Fresh! Keep up the Improvement at this Location! Just wish Bojangles would bring back their Bo’s Sauce! The Only Thing I Would Suggest Is To make sure that the side dishes like Pinto Beans, Cole Slaw, Mashed Potatoes, etc. ARE COMPLETELY FILLED To ALMOST THE TOP! So we can enjoy & get our money’s worth!

Having a good Saturday night with friends and went to grab a family meal for dinner. Pulled up to the speaker and the lady said give her a second, continued to wait for another 14 mins. During the 14 mins we proceeded to watch her run out of the building to a truck parked in the back. Stood outside had a nice conversation and turned around to run back inside. As we all watch her put her headset on to take our order. Told us it would be a 15 min wait. My 15 min wait would have already been up if you would have taken our order before abandoning your job considering you were the only one working.
