Covington store. Ordered online, my daughter picked it up. They didn’t give us our salad. Called up there was on hold for 14 min before I was even able to speak to someone. Told me I could come back up for it. I’m not driving all the way back, give me a refund or a credit. At least I got a credit. The pizzas I did receive were horrible. Hardly any toppings & overcooked.

I usually have good experiences, but I ordered for carryout at 6:55pm, after sitting on hold for 14:55 minutes, (talked to an actual associate at the store), got to the store to pick up my $40 order at 7:35ish to find out they can’t find my order anywhere. I was told I can get the exact order free/replaced……or they could cook it for me to pick up (I’m 20 mins away, with hungry kids, just leaving ball field & don’t want to get back out). I understand everyone is short staffed, and manager did handle my issue well, but how does someone “lose an order”? Sure glad I was going to pay in store & not online.

Ordered online and advised to pick up in 20 minutes. Upon arrival, we were told our order was not even started and it would be at least 40 minutes because they were busy. Understand if they are busy but tell us that from the beginning. Terrible service and we will not be back.

I would rate 0 stars if it would let me. This is the worst dominos ever. I placed my order over an hour ago while my two children and myself are still waiting for it to arrive. They aren’t communicating and telling if there is a delay and don’t answer the phone when you call and if by chance you get someone on the phone I have gotten attitude from them.

If I could give one star I would. I’ve never written a review for anywhere… I’m that angry. I waited two hours for my pizzas and they were never delivered. We called and asked if we could come pick them up instead and have them remade because we didn’t want pizza that had been sitting at the store for 2 hours. I was told that I’d have to pay again for them to remake the pizzas. When I got to the store, we went inside and paid only after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to even help us and were then told we’d have to wait even longer even though the tracker on their screen said my order was completed. We waited in our car, and when my order was removed from the screen as if we had picked up our order, we went back inside to pick it up. After waiting another 10-15 minutes to even be helped, we waited another 20 on our pizzas. A total of 3 hours and 2 payments for 2 pizzas. Absolutely ridiculous. Never buying from this domino’s again.
