I don’t eat Zaxby’s often. But, when I do. I always get the fried chicken cobb salad . It tastes so good with a side of Texas toast. This location is clean with plenty of parking space. Speedy service I also noticed that the drive thru was moving fast as well and friendly staff.

Fantastic every time. I work between different stores so I go to this specific Zaxby’s almost loyaly. Here’s why: my and/or my husband’s order is right every single time, no matter how busy or slow the business is at the time. I had no idea what i wanted today, but clearly the staff had great taste because i loved their suggestion! It’s ridiculous how amazingly sweet the staff is. Seriously good food, thanks you guys!

Speedy service and decent food. I went on Sunday and was surprised to see 8 cars in the drive through but it all made sense when I saw the sign it was drive through only. They moved the cars through quickly – somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes.

I accidentally placed my online order at the buckhead location and went to Sandy Springs. The buckhead location would not cancel my order w/o giving my credit card info on the phone. The nice and knowledgeable employees at the Sandy Springs location quickly got on the phone and helped resolve the issue and as always my food was fresh hot and delicious. This is my favorite Zaxbys location.

Best location hands down! I work near here (CJ who always has on a mask) and this Monday-Friday day team is always professional and kind. One of the girls thought I spilled my drink at my car today and CAME OUTSIDE WITH A TOWEL to see if i needed help cleaning it up. Thats unheard of service. I’m so shocked by it I keep telling people. Please do something for this team including the manager as they go the extra mile. 🙂 The girl that helped me is Marisela… thank you!!

first ever been to zaxby’s. i ordered cobb chicken salad, i specifically said NO bacon. when she gave to me, i said are you sure there is no bacon, she said yes. Guess what, when i got home, it was bacon in salad, i threw the whole thing in trash. $ 12 i could gave to a homelss
